No matter the level that you have been at, or the level you want to get to in the civilian world, there is little recognition for the skills and attributes that you bring to the normal civilian business or organisation table unless you have proof by way of certification. You may often feel undervalued and not appropriately optimised in your current or future role.

 

You will need to prepare yourself for individuals to respect you for the career that you have had, but also for all those to say that your skills are not transferable. Especially if you have spent years within service the civilian recruiters may perceive you as institutionalised, this is a barrier that you may have to over come and we will prepare you for all the requirements of a civilian organisation by providing the appropriate training and personal development.

 

If you have entered employment before engagement with us, you will still be able to receive the support from our services and provision. However support from us will be charged to your emloyer as we will have costs that require covering. This should not deter employers as it will aid them to be getting the best out of their work force, whilst mainting economic and social growth.
