Leaving a career in the Armed Forces or Uniformed Public Services can be a daunting task. During this time, people typically need help and support to adjust and come to terms with their new life. Whatever their reason for leaving, we provide that vital support to veterans, service leavers, their families and descendants.

At ExFor+ CIC (Community Interest Company) our primary focus is on employing wounded, injured and sick veterans. However, we also provide valuable support within the community.

Time for decompression after leaving the Armed Forces is a vital part of a leavers journey into civilian life. We provide transitional employment in partnership with Armed Forces and Uniformed Public Service charities. This imperative support empowers service leavers to readjust to the civilian way of life and ease into permanent employment.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we are focused on providing a positive purpose for service leavers:

"Changing the UK on a social and economic basis, by utilising the skills and experiences of service leavers to support individuals who are in positions of difficulty."

Our ethos:

"Working together, Enhancing lives"

Our mission

statement:

“We will provide effective, sustainable and long-term employment-focused support, utilising a personalised and holistic approach to rehabilitation and training. We’ll enable injured, multi-skilled and talented ex-forces and other related uniformed public services personnel (along with their families their communities) to re-enter civilian life and employment more effectively. We’ll provide information and guidance as well as signposting, to enable accelerated access to relevant charitable services.”
